Welcome to the Student Records Center


We look forward to supporting you in receiving your records.

It is highly recommended that you submit your requests to the Student Records Center using the link below.

We provide school records to current and former students of the Entrepreneur High School.

The types of records that Student Records may be able to provide include the following:

  • Enrollment History Records
  • Immunization Records
  • Transcripts (official and unofficial) 
  • IEP / 504
 

TYPE OF REQUEST: 

Official Transcript

 

For Parents, Students, and Alumni

 

Official transcript requests should be
submitted through Parchment. Once your
request is completed, the transcript will be
securely delivered either electronically or by
U.S. mail to the school, college, or university
of your choice.
 
 
School Districts
School Districts must order Official Transcripts
through ScribOrder.
