Meal Program and Policies
Our school qualifies for Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). Our Schools have a free universal breakfast and lunch program for all students.
CEP reduces application burdens by allowing schools where at least 80 percent of the children enrolled are eligible for free or reduced-price meals to certify children eligible for free meals for a two-year period. All other households must be provided a meal application and are allowed to apply for meal benefits each school year. Schools continue to take daily meal counts of the number of meals served to children by type as the basis for calculating reimbursement claims. To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at:

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
