Paula Galarza

With 6 years of experience in education, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with students and their families to create meaningful learning experiences. I am passionate about supporting families and ensuring every child feels heard and valued throughout their educational journey.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hitting the gym, and diving into crafting. These activities allow me to connect with my creative side and help me bring energy and balance to my work with students. My passion for working with kids and families is the heart of everything I do, fostering relationships that encourage growth and success.

 

What truly stands out to me about my students is their resilience and perseverance. Despite challenges, they continue to push forward and grow, and their strength constantly inspires me. I admire how the REAL Journey program offers families an alternative educational option, empowering students to explore beyond traditional school boundaries. My goal is to remind students that the possibilities for their futures are endless—they can become whoever they want to be. In my role, I focus on keeping families engaged, helping them realize that they are an integral part of our community, and encouraging them to take an active role in their children’s education.
